  Ask for Herb... He is legendary! The Sedona market is crazy and I met nearly a dozen listing agents at open houses and all of them tried to 'push' or 'sell' and that approach to such a big purchase is repulsive. Plus there is a major lack of inventory in Sedona and some agents felt it was ok to lag on getting into new listings... Then I met Herb at a listing of his... He was quick to show us the place, rearranging his schedule to accommodate our time frame. With no pressure he allowed us to check out the property and ask questions about the place and the market... Turns out Herb was a builder in a different market in his past and he is an investor here in Sedona, so he was able to offer massively valuable insights through the process. Over the course of a few weeks we viewed everything in our price range and began reaching out to Herb to get access to the newly listed properties as good homes in Sedona don't last long. We got in one the day it came on the market and knew we wanted to move quickly... Herb ran all the comps that day and we had our offer in that evening. They countered and we accepted... Then on to inspections and Herb proved to be a HUGE ASSET to us at this point in scheduling, arranging access and helping us interpret the results and process regarding how we can get the best deal possible. The deal got a little shaky at one point and we made it clear to Herb we really wanted the house... He was an awesome help in making sure everything went through! Tonight I sit in our new home thanks to his help! He swung by with recommendations for some contractors to help me make some improvements and I'm so thankful Herb popped into our reality to help us with this deal! He is quiet, patient, honest and reliable... A true real estate professional who put our needs and goals above 'selling a house to make a commission' which is the vibe we got from every other agent we met.
