If i could give it less than one star i would. I feel i was Discriminated against as a disabled Veteran receiving a lowly Social security check.I came in to open a checking account and i asked Lindsey, the Person who was helping me. What do i need to bring to open my new checking account? I told her over the phone prior to our fateful meeting, I told her " I haven't did this in decades, so please walk me through every aspect of this process. I said "what do i need to bring to our meeting? She said your Veterans ID card and Drivers license. I said "is that it? She exclaimed "yes" To make a long story short. I when i got there , she was coughing all over and kept getting up. So i was alone at her cubicle, most of the time. Then a wealthy guy walks in ,and all the employees leave their offices to greet him. Meanwhile im sitting alone at Lindseys office, while she grabs her mail and checks her emails at another desk.So when she apologizes for the 3rd time for leaving ,she ask if i broght a check to open the account. I was shocked, and i said ,you didn't say to bring that, when i asked you a couple of times. So rudely she said, most people know that.So then ,i had to drive home to retrieve the checkbook. I didn't want to deal with her again. Also my Landlord said he dealt with her before and she was rude with him too. Incidentally he is a Veteran too. So i decided to call her Manager, and A Lady named Shannon answered, who turned out to be her manager. And She was Granular and more Rude than Lindsey. She essentially said maybe i should take my business elsewhere. And Said i should of known to bring my Checkbook. So it was my fault. So i got treated like a peasant the whole time. She also wanted me to wait to come in and finish the process. And her tone was very very Rude. So ithe moral to the story is, if you are Rich, they will lay down the red Carpet for you, if your a lowly Disabled Vet, go somewhere else.
