  We've had such a great experience! Sheri was very patient with us. We were first time buyers with a baby on the way so there was plenty of drama coming from our side and she handled each situation with grace and professionalism. We couldn't have hoped for a better realtor to find us our first home. She was never pushy, always looking out for us and our needs first. You won't find any hard sale or car dealer tactics with Sheri. She's the sweetest! I cannot recommend her enough. Thank you Sheri!!!

• Review of "RE/MAX Sedona: Lee Congdon" at Sedona

  I found Lee after trying to work with two other realtors in Sedona who were not responsive or helpful. I did a Google search for the best realtor in Sedona and I saw a picture of Lee and said, “I’m going to call her. She looks cool!” Lee is like a CEO of a major corporation. She has her cell phone glued to her hand at all times. She answers you back within minutes and if she can’t talk to you, she makes a phone appointment and keeps it. Rare! And that is just the long distance part. In person, Lee is real, caring, compassionate, patient, and worked graciously with our family who has multiple health issues (our reason for moving to Sedona). She is balanced: professional and fun. She knows how to work with people as individuals and doesn’t make you feel guilty when you say a house is so ugly you want to barf! She is an all around great person, first and realtor, second. • Review of "Diamond Resorts International" at Sedona

  The location is good. The park like area by the river is okay. The smell when you walk in is not. We had to get keys remade because they gave us bad ones. Resort fees suck. If one does not have a choice to purchase it or not, just included it in the price. Wifi is a pain to log into, but it was fast. Toilet paper is rough. I would not go back.
